My name is Nili Bulis and my passion is to help organizations thrive and people to grow. I create long-term, sustainable change in workplaces that lead to multi-faceted productivity. Just a taste of the few successful projects we completed with Nili: scheduled regular weekly productive team meetings with a clear agenda, developed a forum for listening to staff, achieved changes that align with the mission of the company, developed a bi-yearly staff review, worked on the mission statement and discussed core issues that hold the company through transition. This process was extremely successful in decreasing stress levels, especially with staff turnover, since the on-boarding process was built and implemented."
